SPAM: Unsolicited usually commercial e-mail sent to a large number of addresses.
Qsurf, USA makes every attempt to stop all unsolicited mail (SPAM). It is virtually impossible to do so, however we've implemented several blacklist and filters on our mail servers to assist in controlling spam. These settings have always been in place and we update them constantly, we are now giving you more control of what's good and what's bad!
Sometimes "Good" email is filtered as SPAM called "False Positives". In an effort to allow you to control what's real and what's false, we've created a SPAM folder in your webmail to dump all filtered SPAM. You now have the control to delete your "SPAM" or move your "False Positives" to your inbox. This spam folder can only be seen using your webmail account, you CANNOT see this folder using an email client like outlook express, outlook, thunderbird etc unless your mail account is configured as IMAP.
****All SPAM folders will be automatically emptied every 7 days
due to storage space that SPAM consumes. ****
